As Chief People Officer, I have the privilege of overseeing our ESG agenda, a responsibility that sits naturally alongside our commitment to our people, our communities and the long-term sustainability of our business. For myself and every member of management, people are at the heart of this journey. Equally important is our responsibility to minimize our environmental impact and maintain the highest standards of governance, transparency and accountability.
