ADNH Catering commit to have the highest standard of Health & Safety culture as an integral part of corporate business, to deliver this commitment

  • ADNH Catering shall comply with all applicable local statutory and regulatory, legal requirements as well as relevant International Laws and standards.
  • In order to safeguard the health, safety and well-being of its employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, the Company shall set clear objectives and targets, provide adequate resources to implement the requirements of ADOSH-SF.
  • ADNH Catering firmly believes that occupational illness, injuries, property damage, fire and other potential harm are preventable through identification and effective management of all potential OSH risks associated with its operation.
  • ADNH Catering shall ensure that all personnel are well aware of their roles and responsibilities and are able to perform their duties in a healthy, safe and sound manner and implement its OSH Policy, Objectives and Targets.
  • ADNH Catering shall ensure that ongoing training and education programs are conducted regularly to achieve new skills and awareness of the system and its implementation.
  • ADNH Catering shall provide adequate resources for the effective implementation of ADOSH-SF. The implementation of ADOSH-S shall be direct responsibility of the top management and draw a positive culture towards Health and Safety with the support of its employees through interactive tools like communication and consultation.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the system through regular inspections, audits and supervision.
  • Timely reporting of the OSH performance to Sector Regulatory Authority.
  • The Policy shall be made available and communicated to ADNH Catering staffs, visitors, guests, contractors and stakeholders as per our communication procedure.
  • ADNH Catering shall foster, promote and reward positive health and safety behaviors and encourage transparency in reporting, monitoring, measuring, appraising, learning from its health and Safety performance and take corrective actions.
  • Special emphasis shall be laid on the continual Improvement approach of the ADOSH-S through various initiatives.
  • The OSH Policy shall be entitled minimum to an annual review to ensure its suitability and effectiveness and communicate to all relevant stakeholders

This Policy has reference to ADOSH-SF latest version, ADAFSA requirements and applies to all functional operations of ADNH Catering. This policy shall be implemented by all ADNH Catering staffs, contractors, and related personnel.
